The Boyer House is happy to assist you with personal preferences in your accommodations, activities and services. The Boyer House was created for adults to relax, rejuvenate and nurture relationships therefore, our minimum age for guests is 18 years and older.

Please note the following to assist you in making your stay more enjoyable:
Check-in time: 4 p.m. - 7p.m. If you are going to be earlier or later prior arrangements must be made.
Check-out time: Noon.
Rates are based on single/double occupancy excluding taxes and gratuities. All rates are subject to 10.5% occupancy tax. Reservations require a credit card for guarantee. A 50% deposit plus tax will be taken at time of booking. MasterCard, Visa and American Express cards accepted. There is a two-night minimum stay on weekends with a Friday and Saturday stay-over. A three night minimum stay may be required during holidays.
Cancellation policy: 14-day notification is required to avoid forfeiture of deposit.
